I have 14 years’ experience in financial planning as a financial adviser.
I enjoy meeting new people and I thrive on building strong relationships built on trust. I pride myself on being able to make complex and sometimes confusing issues easy to understand and I do love to provide good customer service.
This is what I’ve done…
I started my journey into the world of banking and financial services at HSBC at their call centre in Hemel Hempstead in 1997. Having worked in every department possible from Customer Service through to Systems, I moved into the branch network in 2001 and started to train and qualify as a Financial Adviser. I worked in several branches as a ‘tied’ and ‘multi-tied’ adviser and ended my career there looking after the bank’s Premier (high net worth) customers.
In 2007, I moved to a small firm of financial advisers as an independent adviser where offering independent advice was a big eye-opener for me.
Having had my two children, I needed a new challenge which brings me here today!
…And this is what I’m all about
I’m a married mother with two young children and a crazy 13-year-old springer spaniel who thinks he’s still 2 years old.
I play netball in a local league team every week and I am also keen on watching most sports on the TV although some of it not by choice! I like going to watch football, rugby, formula 1 and motorbike racing.
I also like to read a good book and have challenged myself that I will one day manage to read one again – time allowing.
All that said, I am also a typical female and do love to shop!
