I’m all about honesty and treating my clients how I (or my family) would like to be treated by a financial planner. Central to this is my approach of listening to what you actually want and using this to create a basis for an ‘ongoing and long term relationship’. I’m a big believer that ‘we are on this journey together’. This gives my clients a great deal of reassurance.
Importantly, we are allowed to smile and enjoy the fact that together we are working towards and achieving your personal goals and objectives. I take a personal responsibility for this and use every resource available to make sure my clients’ needs are met 100%.
This is what I’ve done…
I have 19 years of financial services experience. During this time I have worked for some market-leading ‘Blue Chip’ companies. These include JP Morgan, Standard Life, Zurich, Prudential and AEGON.
Each of these companies has different areas of strength and proposition, covering all aspects of individual and corporate wealth management. This experience enables me to deliver the best possible ‘independent’ solution across any of their financial planning needs.
I also hold the Chartered Institute of Bankers Diploma in Financial Advice (DipPFA).
…And this is what I’m all about
My home and family life is in Chelmsford, Essex where I live with my wife Emma and two sons, Owen and Ronnie.
I enjoy playing the guitar (Owen is now my duet partner!).
I’m still getting myself out on the football pitch on a Saturday afternoon; however, it’s the Vet’s team these days. A keen ‘fair weather’ golfer too (hence my perma-tan and my nickname of Rodseal!).
