As a Client Services Manager, my role is to work closely with the Advisers and the Paraplanners providing full administrative support.
This is what I’ve done…
I have worked in a variety of roles within the financial services industry for the last 22 years both here in the UK and abroad for HSBC in Malaysia and India. My main focus is providing excellent customer service whilst making client confidentiality a priority.
…And this is what I’m all about
I have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and having them round for dinner. I enjoy cooking and would say that I have a real passion for it while working in India as it opened my mind to trying new spices and now I incorporate that into my homemade dishes. Not that all of the children appreciate me spicing everything up though!
I love to travel and when I took redundancy in my previous job, I had the opportunity to take time off and travel. I visited South Africa and did voluntary work at a Wildlife Sanctuary, Monkey Sanctuary and with the Great Whites!
I then went on to spend time with my daughter who had migrated to Australia and did various treks, which included Ayers Rock, Kings Canyon, The Great Ocean Road, Lake Entrance, Great Barrier Reef and also an off road Two Bays Walk. This is a walk between two of the Mornington peninsula Bays which was about 29kms; we did this in one day! Mind you I could barely walk for the next couple of days! I also visited some of their wineries and I must admit Australian wine is lovely!
