The client journey

Creating a plan that gives you focus and something to be excited about

01

The initial meeting

This is what we like to call a “getting to know you” session and is the first step to creating a financial plan based around your goals.

We don’t do the talking here, we get you to tell us what you want your financial future to look like. We’re there to look at your whole financial world and create a plan bespoke for you. It’s all about understanding you, what concerns you have and what dreams and aspirations we are planning for.

02

Researching and analysing

Once we’ve established your lifestyle and financial goals we can then start to talk about what financial arrangements you have in place now and what you may need in the future. We’ll analyse and research so that we can start preparing your financial plan.

All that’s required from you at this stage is documentation of your assets, income, expenses, policies and plans. We’ll sort out the rest!

03

Unveiling your bespoke plan

This is the moment of truth. This is the fun part in our journey together where we unveil our recommendations to you and look at different scenarios using cashflow modelling, explaining how you can achieve and maintain your goals.

We’ll support you and help manage your plan with you, explaining anything you’re unsure about and always making you feel reassured.

04

Putting your plan into place

Once you are happy with our plan, we will sort everything for you so that you can sit back safe in the knowledge that your finances are being cared for.

We will make this journey stress free and keep you informed every step of the way.

05

Reviewing your plan

Our work doesn’t just stop once we’ve established a plan for you. We ensure that we meet up at least once a year to check you are on track.

It is vitally important that we regularly review your financial journey to ensure the success of your overall goals and aspirations. Fluctuations in values and changes in your circumstances may affect your objectives and even your attitude to risk.
