Eric:

Hello, I’m Eric, and this is Pauline Watts. We’ve been clients of GPFM for more than five years now, and our planner is Scott Shadwell.

Pauline:

The reason we got in touch with him was that we already knew Scott from previous meetings. We felt at the time that he was a reliable, friendly, and approachable professional himself and would be able to help us manage our financial affairs with relative ease.

I think that at the time we were both busy professionals with a lot of commitments of our own, we felt that GPFM gave us the reassurance and a sense that they were committed to our best interests, without us having to spend an awful lot of time on very small-scale details.

Eric:

I feel confident that my money is being invested soundly and securely. We’ve discussed the issue of risk at some length, and I’m happy that we are, to put it bluntly, ahead of the game. We’re not going to miss out; our investments are secure.

Pauline:

Working with GPFM gives me confidence that they understand the world of finance and the changes in the world of finance. I have a background in education, and it’s very important to me that we do as much as we possibly can for future generations while being able to maintain the sort of lifestyle that is comfortable for us.

Eric:

The three words I would use to describe GPFM are secure, confident and reliable.

Pauline:

The best thing I think about working with GPFM is the fact that they are responsive to any particular concerns, issues, etc. that we raise and are prepared to adapt and change plans, according to our needs.

Eric:

I think the best advice has been to invest in companies that have a good record while keeping an open mind to being more adventurous in those areas, which I think are areas I want to see developed.

Pauline:

I would certainly recommend GPFM. They have been helpful, informative and good-humoured, which I think is very important when we come up with particular issues and concerns. They have also been very professional in the way that they put things into practice for us.
