I began my career in financial services with a strong interest in organisation, client service, and the inner workings of financial advice. Over time, I’ve built up hands-on experience working in administrative roles that support Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), giving me a solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and the importance of delivering high-quality client support.

My progression has come through being detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. While I don’t advise clients directly, I regularly support the advisers who work with a broad range of clients — from individuals planning for retirement to business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

My role involves helping ensure their experience is smooth, professional, and well-organised from start to finish, by managing the administrative side of the client journey with accuracy and care.

My areas of expertise are liaising with product providers, maintaining accurate records on back-office systems, and ensuring all documentation is fully compliant. I’m confident handling sensitive information, managing multiple priorities, and supporting advisers in delivering an efficient, client-focused service.
