Paige began working at GPFM in 2012, starting as an apprentice at just 17 years old. Since then, she has developed her career within the firm, gaining valuable experience in administration and paraplanning before progressing to her current role as Operations Manager.
In her role, Paige oversees the firm’s back-office operations and manages the support team, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistently high standard of service for clients. She plays a key part in streamlining internal processes, supporting the wider team, and helping to drive GPFM’s strategic goals forward.
Whether it’s solving problems behind the scenes or implementing improvements, Paige helps ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Rest and play
Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, Dominic, and their Golden Retriever, Elvis — especially out on long countryside walks. She loves being outdoors, whether that’s camping, exploring new trails, or soaking up sea air along the South West coast in Devon and Cornwall.
A keen reader, Paige is particularly drawn to fantasy novels and is currently working her way through the Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson. She recently tapped into her creative side in a new way by completing a fine line tattoo course.
When it comes to the perfect weekend, it’s all about crisp autumn walks, good company, a Thai takeaway, and a cosy movie night. Paige also has a passion for fitness and values staying active, even if she doesn’t get to the gym as often as she’d like.
